Matthew has been involved in various government and private works through all aspects of a projects. He is involved in projects from the outset during masterplan review, plays an instrumental role in guiding user group consultation and oversees contract administration right through to construction completion. Prior to joining BLP Matthew worked for the Department of Human Services, Capital Management Branch providing architectural, strategic planning and capital investment advice. He has been involved with The Northern Hospital since masterplanning in 2010 and is currently overseeing construction of the IPU Tower. Matthew also acts as BLP’s Integrated Systems Manager.
