Improved health services for the local community
Located on Barries Road, next to the existing Melton Health Centre, the new centre provides onsite and offsite nursing, counselling and allied health services, with the partners providing mental health, family violence prevention, aboriginal health and alcohol and other drug services. Although these services are already provided in the community from several different sites, the new Melton CBACC brings these services together into the Melton Health Precinct, reducing fragmentation and improving access to health services for the local community.
