A health facility setting a wellness benchmark for specialist health practitioners, patient amenity, healthcare and location.
BLP with Roberts Co Group have delivered the new North Shore Health Hub (NSHH), for Dexus under the Dexus Healthcare Wholesale Property Fund (HWPF).
This benchmark project is a multi-tenancy, multi-use (class 9a, 5 and 6) Health Centre located within the Royal North Shore Health Precinct. The NSHH seeks to bring the Royal North Shore Health Precinct campus to life, through sustainable design and strategic through-site linkages, converting the existing hospital site into a new health and innovation precinct.
The hub will integrate a range of medical service providers such as specialist rooms, medical suites, day surgery, physiotherapy, dentistry, Allied Health, pharmacy and food and beverage. The health hub will also include research/education, Rockwell GP, Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology and leading health care specialists including Ramsay Health Care, North Shore Radiology and GenesisCare.
The architecture of North Shore Health Hub reflects BLP’s core design philosophy to deliver spaces that promote social, physical, and mental wellbeing. The ground level has been activated externally as well as internally through the inclusion of commercial activities balanced with a concierge and lounge facility providing a calm and comfortable environment for all.

The project is a registered GBCA 5 star design and build project in line with sustainability standards set required by Dexus and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) being one of the developments investors.
