With over 28 years of experience in the property industry, Steve is a senior project director and a prominent figure in the field of healthcare property, as well as a highly experienced social infrastructure specialist. He has specialised in project strategy, feasibility, precinct masterplanning, innovation, and DfMA, with experience spanning the whole project life cycle.
Steve has led major projects such as NAB @ Docklands, the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, and the development of the University of Sydney’s masterplan, the catalyst for the Innovation Precinct at Westmead.
Steve compliments BLP’s well-recognised front end urban and masterplanning and design capability. He ensures the successful delivery of the solutions BLP develops for our clients and drives continuous improvement in our broader design team. He makes certain that the systems in use meet industry standards and expectations in a contemporary construction environment.
