The Geelong Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases (GCEID) was officially opened today by Sarah Henderson MP.
GCEID is a nationally and globally unique multidisciplinary research partnership between Barwon Health, Deakin University and CSIRO. Based on a “one health” approach, this world-class research facility provides collaborative and laboratory space where clinicians and researchers can maximise the use of the human and physical resources amongst its partners.
