The project comprises a new six storey infill development of a tiered, light filled design studio office building providing boutique office accommodation in the commercial area of South Melbourne. The design concept utilises big picture windows, providing vertical articulation of the façade and a level of transparency. High 3.6m ceilings bring light and depth into the space, and enhances the studio feel of the space. The articulated façade creates a unique, identifiable and interesting aesthetic for the development among the existing mix of period-style and modern existing streetscape language.
