This precinct covers approximately 4.6ha and provides for a total of 251 apartments and townhouses and included a major urban park that incorporates the remaining Peppercorn trees of an historical homestead.
The first stage of project works included 55 medium-density apartments, providing a range of housing choices from one bedroom studios to two bedroom apartments with a study, across 3 independent buildings. All of these apartments sold out within 3 days of launching to the public.
