Two projects by BLP have been selected in the The Be Inspired Awards program, recognizing the world’s most outstanding infrastructure projects, and subsequently featured in the Bentley System’s yearbook “The Year in Infrastructure”.
Barwon Health Teaching Training and Research Facility and the Rotary and Fixed Wing at Essendon Airport both used 3D modelling to help determine the context sensitive building form, height, and proportion. By working in a 3D environment with instant feedback on design ideas, the design team were able to collaborate effectively and efficiently with clients.
The projects are judged by a jury of independent experts and infrastructure professionals to determine which of the projects exemplify innovation in best practices, superior vision, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional quality and productivity.
